TYPICAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH OUR SERVICES

Whatever your requirements, we would endeavour to accommodate

HMO - Fully Managed Service - £150.00 per new contract holder (setup fee), plus 8% of all rent collected each month (there is no fee for transferred contract holders)

HMO - Let Only Service - £180.00 per Contract holder/Tenant (deducted from initial funds collected)

Rent Collection Only Service - £150.00 per contract holder (setup fee), plus 5% of all rent collected each month. (No fee for transferred contract holders) Landlord manages contracts, maintenance and anything not related to rent collection.

  • Annual gas safety certificate - £Available upon request
  • Annual gas safety certifications & service - £Available upon request
  • Electrical safety certificate (EICR) - £Available upon request
  • Fire alarm safety certificate - £Available upon request
