Our duty ends as soon as contracts are signed by the moving in tenant and funds are transferred into landlords account.

  • Carry out Repairs With Landlord’s Consent Where Necessary
  • Serve Required Notices Where Applicable

  • Obtain Applicable Safety Checks (*applicable fee payable on instruction)

This is where the landlord instructs us to arrange a rent collection service from the tenant and remit payment to the elected rental account, less the agreed processing fee.
